Return Window
Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase or delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached
Items that appear worn, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased in store may be returned within 21 days for store credit only.
Online Returns
Before sending a return, please text or email us with your order number so we can approve your return and provide return instructions.

All approved returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Revive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
